What is PCI value?
I'm trying to understand the concept of PCI value. Could someone please explain what it stands for and its significance in the field it's used in?
What is the PCI value in 5G?
The PCI in 5G stands for Physical Cell Identity, which is a 12-bit identifier used to uniquely identify each physical cell in a 5G network. Its value ranges from 0 to 503, with values 0 to 100 designated for cells in the FR1 (Sub-6GHz) band, and values 101 to 503 for cells in the FR2 (millimeter wave) band.
